Retainers provide a predetermined & prepaid set monthly hours that can be utilised as required, facilitating your monthly financial planning.

Retainers are booked in blocks of 5 hours.

*Please note that unused hours from the retainer packages can not be carried over to the following month.

What are your rates?

My standard rate is £25 per hour, and I offer both retainer packages and ad hoc support.

Retainers are ideal if you’d like guaranteed support each week or month. You reserve a set number of hours in advance, pay a 50% deposit, and the remaining balance is due before or during the service period. This ensures consistent availability and priority scheduling.

Ad hoc support is perfect for occasional or one-off tasks — you can book hours as needed, depending on availability.

All plans can be customised to suit your workflow, budget, and business goals.

How does payment work?

For all services, a 50% deposit is required to secure your booking, with the remaining balance due before work begins or as agreed in your plan. Payments are made securely via bank transfer or online invoice.

Is there a minimum number of hours required?

No — you can book as many or as few hours as you need. I’ll help you find the right plan based on your workload and priorities.

Absolutely! Every business is different, so I offer customised plans designed to meet your specific needs — whether that’s weekly admin support, project-based help, or long-term assistance.

Can I create a custom plan?

What happens if I need to cancel or reschedule?

Cancellations follow a standard business policy, similar to most professional services. Advance notice is required to cancel or reschedule booked time. Payments for cancelled sessions may not be refundable once work has been scheduled or started.
